Orders and payment

Orders are requests for the VPS/RDP plan selected at checkout. An order is not considered paid until the payment is independently verified by the portal or administrator.

Service activation

VPSSetu attempts automated provisioning after payment verification. Activation time and availability depend on the service API, correct plan/OS/location mapping, and sufficient operational balance. If the service cannot be activated immediately, the order may remain pending while retry automation runs. Do not use the service for unlawful activity or to violate applicable acceptable-use rules.

Customers should provide accurate contact and billing details and keep account credentials confidential.
